Renovation Projects and Additions
In early spring of 2026, as weather allows, one of the projects we will be starting is the addition of a room to an existing home. The project also includes replacement of windows and exterior doors, a new roof, new siding, new kitchen, flooring, plumbing, electrical, drywall, insulation, etc. It is a sizable renovation and will involve a number of our local sub trades.
Spring will also see the building of a new garden shed for customers who bought one of our homes and some trim/siding repairs on another home.
For our customers privacy, we do not include photos of our projects in progress on our website. We do provide a list of customers, upon request, who would love to answer your questions us and our work.
